"Have a 2006 model of X-Box 360 which was not working for the last 5 years and was lying as junk as two technicians from Bangalore and Goa who attended on it said that the unit was beyond repairs. While browsing the net came across NGB repairs and went through the testimonials. Called Mr. Niskesh and explained on the status of my X-Box which was dead for years. I have a Xbox 360 and all of a sudden it just went off and a red dot would appear on the console everytime. I went to the place from where I got the xbox they said they couldn't do anything about. When I switched on my Xbox, it just showed a Red Light and that was it. Microsoft wrote off my Xbox 360 as something that they could not repair. They were actually not interested in repairing it. In desperation I searched the Internet and this is when NGB repairs came up. I called Nikesh and the way he spoke gave me real confidence. I'm based in Bangalore and so sent across my xbox by air courier. It did take sometime for Nikesh to look into the box, but then his diagnosis was spot on. We just got a new xbox one and made the big mistake of plugging in the adapter to a 220V power supply. Inot a second the power adapter gave up. It was heartbreaking to see the xbox lie there lifeless for so many days. We are so glad we found NGB repairs .. Power supply for my Xbox One (shipped from US) blew up cause of stupid desision of directly plugging it (as it needed 110 V power and in india we have 220 V)
I started searching for replacement and found all duplicate one's online which i was not interested and microsoft does not sell seperately.
I googled and found Nikesh's website, it was excatly what i needed as it mentioned it can repair the broken power supply. I took it him and within 2 hours he fixed it and on top of that converted it to handle 220V power so i do not need any convertors.

I got Nikesh's contact through Google. I had bought my XBOX 360 from USA and it was a refurbished model of year 2010. He converted my power supply from 110V to 220V, enhanced my XBox and also corrected the network port on it. he is Exceptional and the best out there to repair any game consoles.
